Cruising on Lake Lucerne

Lake Lucerne is the fourth largest lake in Switzerland with a total area of 114 sq. km.  The lake has a very complicated shape, with several sharp bends and four arms.  As we sat enjoying our beer we admired the rolling meadows, beautiful bays, the fjords, the almost vertical cliffs and the many homes overlooking the lake.  Very striking indeed!
